Flatline subs - 2007/02/24 11:51
I usally don't write about products but the new "Flatline" 12" sub from Arc audio is extremely impressive. It's seldom that a new products come around that are this good. We've put single 12"s in a small ported box into several vehicles with outstanding results. They will handle 1000 RMS 2000 peak. We,re getting SPLs in the high 140s and 150s with one sub. If it's sound quality you want just put it in a sealed box which is what they recommend. I would compare this subs output to a JL W7 which is three times the price. In a heads up battle I would take the Flatline. Arc audio has a whole line of impressive products including the SE amps designed by Robert Zeff former owner and designer of Zapco.
